Stall Assignments
I received all of my paperwork and passes for the horse show but no stall assignment. Do we get those when we check into the office and get our numbers??

Please call the horse show office with this question. The number is 315-487-7711 extension 1325 from one hour before the first show of the day until the last show of the day. That's one question I can't help you with directly. Sorry.

Box stall fees are listed on each of the different entry forms. Please refer to the forms since the cost varies for different sections of the show.

RV/parking information
The information and forms for RV spaces and parking in general is in the last two pages of the forms PDF file. Yes, you DO need to arrange for RV spaces for the time BEFORE the official State Fair opening on the 21st.
I've added a separate PDF file with just the RV/parking forms to make them a bit easier to find. If you've sent these forms in already you do not need to do it again. The added forms are just copies of what is in the forms PDF file.
Time is not so slowly passing by to get your reservations in!

Green Entry Form
Which is the "green" entry form that is to be used for the Classics held Tuesday evening, 8/26?

I'm unable to reach Naomi at the present time to verify this but I think it is the form labeled "USEF Divisions - Section 2" (page 2 in the form PDF file). I suspect that the printed prize list/forms book would have this page printed on green paper.
Again, please contact Naomi Blumenthal using the "Contact Us" link in the right hand column to verify this information. I'm sorry I wasn't able to come up with a definitive answer your your question.

Fence heights
The fence heights are listed in the Hunter-Jumpers PDF file in the "Children's Hunter" paragraph at the top of the first page. The way it reads, it applies to all entrants 18 years of age and younger. If you have further questions please contact Naomi Blumenthal. Can someone please tell me which entry form to use for the NBHA barrel race? And what the entry fee is?

Aimee Albrechta, the NHBA person handling this part of the show, sent along the entry form and FAQ file she emails to folks asking about the races. I've converted it to a PDF file so anyone can view and print it out and placed a copy on the web site.
Please note that this is NOT mailed to the NYSF Horse Show office. The correct mailing address is at the top of their form. You'll find contact information for Aimee there as well as a URL for their site for that part of the horse show - http://www.nbhany06.net/

Entries for the NBHA races are not handled through the State Fair horse show office. That's why there is no entry form provided in the prize list book. I'll try to track down a name and email address to add to the posted information.

Corrected Info on NBHA contacts
The NBHA district co-hosting this run has their personal website at http://nbhaNY06.net. You will get the national organization at nbha.com. Also, the most direct phone number to reach the current district director, Aimee Albrechta, is 607-343-1188. Hope this helps.
The same entry form is on their website as well. Hurry though! Entries must be postmarked by August 8th!

The list of judges isn't currently available online. As far as I know it is still being verified. I'll contact Naomi and see if there's a list that can be posted.
UPDATE - 6:55 PM - I've just posted a copy of the latest information from Naomi. It's the 2008 Official Page in the list of files above.
