This year the Fair runs from
August 27 - September 7, 2009.
The horse show starts on Aug. 23rd, 2009 and runs through Sept. 6th, 2009.

Some common questions and their answers:
Where is the complete prize list? - It's here. If you want only parts of the main book then you can find them in the list of files below. The complete prize list has everything except the forms and you'll find links for them in the questions below.
Where are the entry forms? - They are in the file list below but here are some easy to use links: YELLOW form, GREEN form, BLUE form, WHITE form
How do I get parking and/or a spot for my RV? - Get a copy of the prize list (link above) and a copy of the parking form. It's all detailed there. A parking map is available along with a map of the fairgrounds.
What about stable/stall space? - See the form for the events you are entering. Please see the information in the prize list book. If you need a block of stall space use this form and for feed and bedding you can use this form.
Application due dates: Applications are due by Aug 15 for events running between 8/23 and 8/30. For events running between 9/1 and 9/6 applications are due by Aug 20. Full payment is REQUIRED with all applications.
Horse Show Time Schedule: There are two files that make up the time schedule for the Horse Shows at the Fair. The shows from Aug 23 to Aug 30 are here and the shows from Aug 31 to Sept 6 are here. Both are PDF files. They are also listed in the files list below. The above links make them a bit easier to find.
Horse Show Office: The horse show office opens at the Fairgrounds on Aug 18. The phone number is 315-487-7711, ext. 1325. That number will not be active until the office opens. Additional info is available in the prize list book file.
